Curse.com is behind CloudFlare.CloudFlate provides a proteciton against spammers and bots.CloudFlare forces you to enter Captcha code to make sure you're not a bot, because apparently someone who previously used your new IP address was doing illegal/suspicious activities on a CloudFlare protected website(not necessarily on Curse.com).Reset your router to change your IP address.That's the only thing you can do.Contacting curse.com will not help because curse.com is not blocking you, it's CloudFlare who does it.
