If you are using a custom shell, remove the string after it that leads to Fade.exe. If it just contains explorer.exe and nothing after it, it should be fine to either remove it or keep it the way it is. If you have no idea what you are doing, just delete the 'Shell' key from registry. In registry go to 'HKEYCURRENTUSERSoftwareMicrosoft' and look for 'Fade' and 'Leep' and delete them.9.
