In the language of Aman all Elves that did not cross the Great Sea were Dark Elves (Moriquendi), and the term is sometimes used thus; when Caranthir called Thingol a Dark Elf it was intended opprobriously, and was especially so, since Thingol had been to Aman 'and was not accounted among the Moriquendi'. Actually no there aren't a ton of nude women in the dark elf armies. Witch elves and sorceresses are scantily clad but there is no actual nudity apart from Morathi (whose model was old and in need of an update anyway) and some monster units like the harpies and medusa (the former of which are already in the game, and censored and the latter I doubt will even be added).
